Exchange Policy
Our Exchange Policy applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:

Incorrect Item(s) Received

Defective Item(s) Received:
If you have received a defected item, please drop us an email at farahaq.sg@gmail.com within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. We offer a one-to-one exchange for all defective items, subject to the availability of the item.

Incorrect Item(s) Received:
If you have received an incorrect item, please drop us an email at farahaq.sg@gmail.com within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. All returned items should be in new and unused condition and are to be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of all product parts and features, if any. 

Strictly No Cash Refunds
We seek your understanding that we do not offer cash refunds on all orders that have been sold, delivered or cancelled.
